{"id":12223,"date":"2019-05-28T14:19:38","date_gmt":"2019-05-28T13:19:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/imago-mc.com\/pruebas\/kids\/transformant-organitzacions-traves-joc\/"},"modified":"2019-05-28T14:19:38","modified_gmt":"2019-05-28T13:19:38","slug":"transformant-organitzacions-traves-joc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kids-cluster.com\/es\/transformant-organitzacions-traves-joc\/","title":{"rendered":"Transformant organitzacions a trav\u00e9s del joc"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong>Les empreses de KID&#8217;S CLUSTER experimenten els principis de la Gesti\u00f3 Agile a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;un dels jocs de Play To Growth: Possible Mission, Escape from Earth<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Barcelona, 28 de maig de 2019<\/p>\n<p>Els socis de KID&#8217;S CLUSTER s&#8217;han reunit en el <strong>Dia Internacional del Joc<\/strong> per aprendre de manera l\u00fadica els principis de la Gesti\u00f3 \u00c0gil, una metodologia de treball basada en uns principis, valors i eines que tenen per objectiu <strong>millorar la gesti\u00f3 de projectes<\/strong> empresarials. <strong>La Gesti\u00f3 \u00c0gil es fonamenta en 12 principis<\/strong>: satisfacci\u00f3 del client, millora continuada, entregues parcials, mesurament dels progressos, desenvolupament sostenible, proximitat a l&#8217;hora de treballar, comunicaci\u00f3 efica\u00e7 i presencial, motivaci\u00f3 i confian\u00e7a, excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia i bon disseny, simplicitat, equips autogestionats i adaptaci\u00f3 a les circumst\u00e0ncies canviants. A trav\u00e9s del joc\u00a0<strong>Possible Mission, Escape from Earth,\u00a0<\/strong>els participants a la sessi\u00f3 han pogut entendre de primera m\u00e0 aquests principis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Possible Mission, Escape from Earth\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e9s un joc de taula creat per <a href=\"http:\/\/www.playtogrowth.com\/es\/\">Play to Growth<\/a>, un projecte educatiu nascut com a joint venture entre <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marinva.es\/\">Marinva<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.netmind.es\/\">Netmind<\/a>. Play to Growth ha creat\u00a0una cartera de jocs did\u00e0ctics altament interactius amb l&#8217;objectiu de transmetre viv\u00e8ncies que permetin entendre el canvi organitzacional a les empreses a trav\u00e9s de la simulaci\u00f3 i sobre diversos \u00e0mbits de gesti\u00f3: IT, Project Management i Business Analysis.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta trobada, els socis de KID&#8217;S CLUSTER han tingut l&#8217;oportunitat de jugar a la primera fase del joc basat el la gesti\u00f3 de projectes. El joc planteja una <strong>situaci\u00f3 l\u00edmit<\/strong>: la vida al Planeta Terra ja no \u00e9s possible i cal fugir. Els jugadors tenen la gran responsabilitat de construir les naus per trobar un nou planeta habitable.\u00a0 Els participants <strong>s&#8217;han dividit en equips<\/strong>, cadascun amb el seu propi objectiu: construir una nau per poder fugir i garantir la superviv\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;esp\u00e8cie.\u00a0 Els jugadors han hagut de <strong>prendre decisions de gesti\u00f3 i d&#8217;execuci\u00f3<\/strong> per tal de complir les demandes garantint uns <strong>requisits relatius al temps, el pressupost i la qualitat de la nau<\/strong>. A m\u00e9s, el projecte t\u00e9 un seguit de <strong>riscos i imprevistos<\/strong> que els equips han hagut d&#8217;anar afrontant.<\/p>\n<p>Entre d&#8217;altres aprenentatges rellevants, a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;aquesta partida hem pogut identificar<strong> din\u00e0miques i patrons propis del project management basat en la metodologia Agile<\/strong>, com ara el sorgiment de <strong>l&#8217;autogesti\u00f3<\/strong> en equips multidisciplianars i intergeneracionals, mecanismes de <strong>gesti\u00f3 del temps i dels canvis<\/strong> i imprevistos, o l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 de <strong>rols<\/strong> segons necessitats del projecte.<\/p>\n<p>Els assistents han commemorat el\u00a0<strong>Dia Internacional del Joc\u00a0<\/strong>havent comprovat en primera persona de quina manera podem crear una realitat metaf\u00f2rica que ens permet entendre din\u00e0miques i rutines que, en el nostre dia a dia i a l&#8217;entorn de treball, de vegades son menys expl\u00edcites, per\u00f2 no inexistents.
