Bate los 3 huevos y m\u00e9zclalo con el pl\u00e1tano y la pera. A\u00f1ade la harina, la levadura, la avena y la leche lentamente mientras remueves la mezcla para que quede sin grumos. Precalienta el horno a 180\u00ba. Engrasa un molde con aceite de oliva y vierte la mezcla. Corta la tercera pera a gajos y a\u00f1ade los trozos encima la mezcla para decorar. Hornea durante 30 minutos aproximadamente o hasta que lo pinches con un palillo de madera y salga seco.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>GALLETAS SIN AZ\u00daCAR DE GARBANZOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes: <\/strong>1 tarro grande (400g neto) de garbanzos cocidos y escurridos, 80g copos finos de avena, 8 d\u00e1tiles, 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, canela y jengibre rallado al gusto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong> tritura todos los ingredientes hasta que quede una masa consistente. Dale forma de galleta. Pon papel vegetal para hornear en la bandeja del horno y pon las galletas encima. Hornea a 180\u00ba durante 25 minutos aproximadamente.
