Since 2014, Australia’s leading energy supplier organizes an ideas contest to stimulate innovation among children between 3 and 8 years. It is a public contest involving thousands of kids from the country proposing inventions to improve the lives of people and the environment. The first prize is highly attractive: a trip to the United States to visit NASA. The winners of the 2017 edition presented a system for facilitating lean and sit down on wheelchairs; toys made from organic material such as cane sugar; or a small robot to help autistic children.

This children’s competition helps to position the company with only one activity, betting on innovation, training, childhood, the future and the environment.
